US court condemns spy National Security

  , بيانات هاتفيةConsidered a US federal court, on Thursday, that the national security program, which brought together thousands of phone data to US citizens, illegal, saying it exceeded the limits allowed by Congress.

The Second Circuit Court of Appeals that the US judge, who had considered this issue previously, made a mistake when a lawsuit questioning the constitutionality of this program ruled out.

However, the court upheld the judge refused to issue an injunction to stop the program.

The verdict was issued in December of 2013, he has rejected the lawsuit filed by the American Civil Liberties Union to stop the program as being contrary to the Fourth Amendment of the US Constitution, which prohibits searches without warrants.
